Offering both individual and group supervision, I have extensive experience in helping clinicians to develop their own clinical voices. I have supervised newly minted social workers in settings across the City, ranging from inpatient psychiatric settings to complex social service agencies.

I help clinicians to work diligently to understand their own countertransferential struggles, their innate talent and to support complex case conceptualizations. My supervision is heavily theory driven and works to help clinicians develop a strong ability to understand how to incorporate theory into all of their interventions.

Recognizing the fine line between therapy and supervision, I have the ability to honor the sheer vulnerability involved in the supervisory process. I allow supervisees to delve into the parts of themselves that feel most scared clinically and help them to make use of these parts with strength and courage.
